We are seeking a pool of Stewards to ensure a safe, secure and customer-friendly environment at Wembley Stadium during events. As a steward you will be responsible for maintaining this environment in your designated area at all times. This role requires the ability to work well under pressure, as you may be called upon to handle conflicts, disorders, and breaches of regulations while roaming the venue, and may also be required to search and eject spectators. Additionally, you may be asked to assist medical and fire teams as directed by the Response Supervisor.

• Evaluate a situation and provide the necessary level of support.

• Ensure compliance with radio protocol and promptly report any disorders or emergencies.

• Aid and respond to requests from the Management Team.

• Remove individuals from the venue in accordance with the ejection policy, working as part of a team.

• Thoroughly complete all ejection and incident reports and review them with your direct supervisor.

• Manage conflicts, disorders, and violations of regulations, including conducting searches and removing spectators.
